| Operating process |
1.Check the production line to ensure all machines running normally (Dedusting, spraying gun, compressed air, IR heating, UV-curing equipments);2. Clean substrate surface, remove oil. (Use dust-free cloth with IPA or Naphtha to clean the surface, then dry the substrate with non-woven fabric cloth timely); 3. Put parts to be coated onto production line and make electrostatic precipitation; 4. Spray certain SK-serial VM base coating. (Thickness of common coat film: 10-20µm, thin coat film 4-10µm, adjust the thickness correspondingly in light of varying of certain parts or special requirements); 5. Keep leveling 3-8 minutes at 30-50 ℃ by IR heating; 6. Operate UV-curing process and set the expose energy about 600-1200mj/cm2(Reach the needed energy in 6 seconds); 7. Remove coated parts and make them cool. Put them into the machine for vacuum metallization; 8. Cool down parts after finished the vacuum metallization process and then shelve them onto production line to spray intermediate coatings or top coatings within 4hr, usually in 5 minutes; 9. Spray certain SK-serial VM intermediate coating.(Thickness:6-12µm feeding pigments if necessary); 10. Keep leveling for 5-10 minutes at 60-70 ℃ by IR heating. 11. Operate UV-curing process by setting the exposing energy about 300-800mj/cm2; 12. Spray SK-serial VM top coatings. (Thickness: 10-16µm, feed pigments if necessary); 13. Keep leveling for 5-10 minutes at 60-70 ℃ by IR heating; 14. Operate UV-curing process by setting the exposing energy about 800-1500mj/cm2 (the deeper color pigments, the higher expose energy needed); |
