Hunan Sokan chemical Technology Co., LTD established strategic partnership with many world-known raw material suppliers, including Japan Nippon Gohsei, German BAYER, United States SATOMER, Switzerland Ciba and etc. We open our Lab to each other, do the R＆D together, sharing the latest technologies and achievements of UV coating. Cooperated with some domestic top universities, together, we exploit new fields where our UV coatings would be applied, create new functional products and train practical talents who are qualified for our technology R＆D.
   Now many senior UV technology consultants are serving for our company, including two Dr polymer, three masters of Organic chemistry and more than ten technology development personnels. Thus a stable technology R＆D team of high quality was set up. Our technologists have substantial experience in technology R＆D, manufacture and management, providing a solid foundation for our new product development, stable manufacture and standard management.

For our new products, in order to accelerate the R＆D , to ensure their superior performances, a large amount of money was invested to purchase more than ten world-wide top testing instruments. Fluorescence analyzer from Japan was introduced to test the harmful substances in raw materials and samples, to make sure all products are qualified to meet the RoHs. In accordance with the testing equipments updated by international brand mobile phone manufacturers, QUV Weathering Tester and Salt Spray Test Chamber from America, Vibration-wear Abrasion Tester from German are also added to speed up new product R＆D, to ensure new corresponding standards being set up promptly. Besides, regardless of the cost, some kind of rotating spray line was introduced to test the stability and reliability of our products, to guarantee zero-defect products being provided for our customers.

 We attached great importance to new product R＆D. Every year, the total cost of technology R＆D is more than 6％ of company income and our new products sales account for 30％ of the total.
